I've spent nearly 20 years in markets. I started on a prop desk and went fully independent about a decade ago. I've traded single names, commodity futures, and crypto, mostly on shorter timeframes, and the framework I trade today is the one that survived all of those environments. That's the only reason I teach it.

I'm a price-and-flow trader. My edge comes from reading structure, momentum, volatility, positioning, and flow together, and acting at the moments where the market is forced to reprice. I'm not trying to predict macro perfectly. I'm looking for the points where the market is already giving clues that something is changing, supply and demand out of balance, positioning stretched to an extreme, a move that has to resolve. Most of my trading is discretionary, but it isn't random. The discretion sits on top of a repeatable framework, and that framework is what I teach.

In April 2025 I launched The Trading Stable because demand for deeper access outgrew what I could answer for free. Away from the screens I'm on the mats training BJJ, in the gym, or with my family here in New York. Two daughters, two horses, a dog, a cat, and my incredible wife keep life full and grounded.
